Since we are custom silicone part manufacturer we don’t stock standard silicone tube and parts. However, as per your unique requirement we can make it with quickest time possible.

We support sample order, small quantity order and mass order.

Please send us CAD drawing or rough drawing or profile shape & dimension requirements or actual sample. Also send us more information about material, durometer, color and any special requirement. It’s very helpful if you can provide physical, mechanical or chemical requirement where this silicone tube or silicone part will be used.

We can make silicone tubing, meidcal silicone catheters, medical drainage tubes, silicone sleeves, extruded silicone rubber gaskets & seals , silicone rubber strips, custom silicone O rings & other custom molding rubber parts as per customer requirement.

We know customer need sample before run production. If you need sample, please discuss it with our sales person.

Silicone rubber is a highly versatile material valued for its flexibility, biocompatibility, and resistance to temperatures, UV light, radiation, and ozone.

Silicone shows greater resistance to extremes of temperature, both high and low, than other polymers. It can be easily pigmented to a wide range of colours and retains its flexibility over a wide range of temperatures.

 

Silicone is generally considered to be non toxic which is why it is the material of choice for many food and beverage processing applications and domestic kitchen items such as utensils and bake ware.

Health Canada states: There are no known health hazards associated with the use of silicone cookware. Silicone rubber does not react with food or beverages or produce any hazardous fumes.

Global Silicones Council has done more than 1,000 studies over many decades have been conducted to assess the safety of silicones. Confirmed silicones’ safety both for human health and the environment
LFGB and FDA are two main safety standards for silicone products. One thing is for sure, silicone products that pass either one of these tests are SAFE for human use.

Silicone can be produced in forms that are suitable for contact with food and drinking water over a wide range of temperatures. We supply silicones that are fully compliant with FDA regulation 21CFR177.2600, EC1935/2004 as well as being WRAS approved (Water Regulations Advisory Scheme) for contact with drinking water.

Silicone is used extensively across many industries and applications from rail, aerospace, food/beverage and automotive plus many more. Silicone has a number of advantages but it is most commonly known for and used due to its resistance to extreme temperatures.

Silicone stays stable and keeps its physical properties up to 230°C (446°F) and high temperature silicone grades can withstand up to 270°C. While EPDM can decrease by 51% when heated over 150°C

Not only is silicone excellent in extreme heat but it is also seen as a sterile elastomer, which is why you see it used in the food and beverage industry as dairy tubing, seals and gaskets on food machinery and also vending tubes in drinks machines.

Silicone is seen as the superior elastomer to EPDM due to the added benefits it provides, as well as generally providing longer life in service meaning less replacement costs and/or downtime.

JE’ silicone products are suitable for use in a constant temperature range of -40° to +250°C. However, some of our specially formulated grades can operate to as high as 300°C for intermittent periods.

Silicone can be easily pigmented into a wide range of colours and our Silicone Engineers have capabilities to colour match. You can custom any color as you need.

Silicone Rubber material price is little higher than other elastomer how it’s offer excellent benefit for gasket and sealing requirements which other elastomer doesn’t provide. Also it’s very durable material which has longer life than other rubber gasket and seal material

Yes, of course.  Communication with our team about all the thoughts of new product. If you can’t offer 3D drawing, our engineer team will help to build the 3D files when we receive detailed product requirements from you. 

We accept STP/STEP, STL, IGES, DWG,DXF, etc.

For sample tooling, it needs 3-5 working days, while big tooling, it needs 10-15 working days.
